The Kingsland Boom Society is New Zealand’s funkiest new 5 piece group.  Gareth Fleming of Blindspott fame and the writer of the legendary “Phlex” bassline has brought his powerful basslines to this new group.   He is joined by his brother Corey Fleming, cousin Jaedyn Jensen, master of beats Johnny Olsen and classically trained saxophonist and vocalist Tom Riddell.

We make positive music that appeals to people from many aspects of life.  Our style is primarily reggae / dub based but contains elements of funk, jazz, ska and electro.  

Response from our gigs and on myspace has been amazing and way beyond what we expected.  Audiences have literally been crying out for more, and the energy from our live set gets the audience moving.
